Formerly an elite operator in RAINBOW, Munz returned to Germany when the European Federation withdrew its support from the unit, and chose reassignment to the Enforcer Corps as part of the newly formed Battlegroup 15. An expert tank-killer in his former line of work, Munz applied his experience to his new role as an armored company commander fighting Russian armored units in Central Germany. 

Beginning the war as the executive officer of the 8th Mechanized Battalion, Mikhailova ’s skills as a staff officer quickly earned her a coveted spot with the General Staff, reporting directly to the commander of the Spetznaz Guard Brigades herself. Mikhailova  spent almost the entire war in Moscow, helping plan military operations in Europe, Canada and the US, until casualties among front-line officers grew so great that Mikhailova  was reassigned as an armored company commander with the battered 38th Armored Battalion. 

Ferguson served as a team leader with the top-secret Ghost Recon teams for many years, until the formation of the Joint Strike Force saw the unit disbanded and the team members re-assigned to new posts in various JSF special battalions. 

Flying from his base at Námešt nad Oslavou, Major Neuhaus and his gunship flight, part of the 221st Attack Helicopter Squadron, inflicted tremendous damage on advancing Russian forces during the early stages of the war. His unit is famous for using stealth tactics to penetrate enemy air defenses and striking targets before they realize they are in danger.

Known as the Red Howlers, Zelenko and his flight, operating with the 937th Attack Helicopter Squadron, was feared for its nighttime attacks behind enemy lines during the brutal battles across West Germany. Using a modified IR143 sensor system, the unit would scan for enemy transmissions and follow them to their source, blasting the target with a barrage of rockets before disappearing again into the darkness. 

Major Vatz was a JSF pilot stationed at Igloo Base in the Northwest territory at the start of the war, and saw many of his fellow pilots shot down by Russian fighters during their invasion of Alaska and Western Canada. Shot down himself, Vatz was able to eject and was eventually picked up by US forces operating from Anchorage. 

Major Stijns commanded the 5th Air Defense Company during the war, defending Brussels from countless Russian air raids and cruise missile attacks as part of Battlegroup 28. Over the course of four separate enemy offensives against the city, Stijns and his officers developed refinements to their AAVs target acquisition systems that improved their ability to detect, target and destroy fast-moving, low-altitude attackers, such as Russian Slamhound fighters. 

Severin took charge of the depleted 293rd Air Defense Company during the Collapse, when the struggling Russian Army had little to no AAV capability remaining. Within months, he had rebuilt the unit with a mix of modern and obsolete vehicles, configured them to run of alternative fuels, and was sent into action against Red Banner aircraft in the Southern District. There he displayed the instincts of a born hunter, laying traps for the Red Banner strike planes and gunships that all but drove the enemy aircraft from the skies.

Originally the commanding officer of the JSF’s 28th  Mechanized Battalion, Salvatore led his force into battle during the first invasion of Europe, guarding the flank of the main American advance from Normandy. The battalion was caught by surprise during the European counterattack from Limoges, and suffered heavy casualties from air and artillery attacks before retreating back towards Calais.

An infantry assault specialist and a former RAINBOW operator, Rakuzanka was an infantry company commander during the war as part of the Enforcer Corps' elite Battlegroup 20. Leading the battlegroup's 5th Company, Rakuzanka spearheaded the airmobile attack on the JSF's left flank during the US's first invasion of Europe, and took part in the fierce urban fighting in Calais as US forces attempted to withdraw back to their transport ships. 

Raskova's 42nd Special Infantry Company, also known as the White Owls, once served as an elite reconnaissance and special operations unit with the Alfa Brigade. After the war, the company was reassigned to independent operations, tasked with penetrating enemy lines and hunting down key officers and political leaders.

Halverson  was one of the last team leaders in RAINBOW, the elite, multi-national counterterrorism force. A skilled and courageous operator, Halverson  was highly regarded by her team, but her willingness to break rules in order to get the job done often put her at odds with her superior officers.

Major Talberg commanded the 15th Artillery Company at the beginning of the war, and was deployed to Germany's eastern border when the Russian land offensive began. After suffering heavy casualties following massive Russian airstrikes, Talberg and his men became experts at scavenging damaged artillery units - even captured enemy guns - to keep the unit combat capable. They are capable of sustaining damage that would destroy lesser units, yet keep on firing. 

Istomin was given command of the 48th Mobile Artillery Company late in the war, when mounting casualties had forced most artillery units to deploy with a mix of modern and older, less advanced systems. A gifted technician, Istomin made modifications to his vehicles’ sensors that gave them exceptional detection range, and upgraded their ballistic computers to give them a level of accuracy equal to or better than more advanced units.

Known in the Ghost teams as “30K”, Wolfe served as an elite light infantry operator for years before reassignment to the JSF. Serving during the war in the 15th Special Operations Battalion, Wolfe was seriously injured by a grenade during an operation against European forces in the Netherlands. 

A former member of RAINBOW before the war, Malvadi was an elite counterterrorist commando who specialized in electronic surveillance. When the European Federation withdrew its support from the multinational unit, Malvadi returned to Italy and requested an assignment with Battlegroup 10, the headquarters and support battlegroup for the entire Enforcer Corps. 

A veteran operative of VORON, a special unit in Russian military intelligence, Stepan Drachev was an expert in surveillance, intrusion and information retrieval from hardened enemy networks. As the war progressed, VORON and other Russian intelligence services began to operate various types of drones alongside their field teams. Drachev was placed in charge of one such unit, known only as Detachment 4, and assigned to support the elite Alfa Brigade. 

Major Hendricks was an officer in the United States Army before joining the CIA and becoming an intelligence specialist. Before the war, Hendricks was brought over from the CIA into Fourth Echelon, a highly classified intelligence and counterterrorism unit reporting only to the President...

Operating from Torrejón Air Base at Madrid, Colonel Llorente's 453 Escuadrón, the Thunderbolts, performed close air support for EuroFed battlegroups throughout the southern theatre of operations. Equipped with long-range standoff missiles, Llorente's planes could strike targets of opportunity and vanish before enemy air defenses could engage them.

Known as the Butcher of Smolensk, Sedov was promoted to flight leader in the 934th Ground Attack Squadron at the height of the Collapse and assigned to support Russian units dealing with widespread unrest across the Central District. When Russian forces in the center of Smolensk were being overrun during the Winter Riots, Sedov, on his own initiative, bombed the city square, killing nearly a three hundred civilians. As a result, he is known as much for his ruthlessness as his piloting skills.

One of the best pilots in the Air Force, Brendt  flew covert missions with the elite HAWX air combat squadron until the unit was disbanded and its members reassigned to new units after the creation of the JSF. Brendt  was assigned a flight leader position with the 12th Fighter Squadron, flying in support of the 22nd Tactical Battalion. 

Called the Night Witch by friends and enemies alike, Major Ponická was a flight leader in the 401st Transport Squadron, an elite group of helicopter pilots that worked exclusively with EuroFed special forces units during the war. Her flight specializes in low-altitude, high-speed approaches to minimize air defense threats into and out of the drop zone.

Considered one of the bravest – or most foolhardy – transport pilots in the Russian Air Force, Dushkin has been wounded no less than seven times while extracting airborne and special forces troops from landing zones. He and the pilots of the 392nd Helicopter Squadron are experts in low-altitude, high-speed insertions, often flying at or below treetop level to catch enemy forces completely by surprise.

Carver was a Ghost Recon team leader before the war, and like others in the elite force was reassigned to a special operations battalion when the JSF was formed. Because of her expertise with air assault and HALO operations, Carver was promoted to Major and made a flight leader in the 13th Airborne Battalion’s 44th Air Transport Squadron.

A flight leader in the 304th Fighter Squadron,  Walther led his flight on almost a dozen sorties against heavily escorted Russian transport planes that were reinforcing the landing zones in the area His actions earned him the Gold Medal of Valor and established his reputation as one of the fiercest fighter pilots in Europe.

A celebrity in Russia during the war, Noskov was frequently seen in propaganda footage as the image of Russian patriotism. A teenage model, Noskov joined the Russian military at 18 and became a fighter pilot with the 58th Fighter Squadron. When the war broke out, Noskov flew combat missions over Eastern Europe and became Russia’s first ace within just three days. 

James Ellison began the war as a sergeant in the US Army Special Forces, taking part in high-risk, covert missions against Russian forces that cost him a great many of his former friends and team-mates. Seriously wounded during a mission against Russian forces in Alberta, Canada, Ellison was sent back to the US to recover from his wounds, and was in Maryland when the Enforcer Corps invaded the country.
